To Help you Pray this month for your Local Mosque Community.

• Pray that the 2020 Vision of every Christian in Canada will see clearly (with 2020 vision!) the beauty of having Muslims as friends.

• Pray that Christians are open to learning from their Muslim friends – especially the beauty of community and the art of hospitality.

• Pray for visions and experiences for our Muslim friends which clearly reveal to them their need of the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

• Pray that the Holy Spirit grasped the minds and hearts of 15 Muslim people from a mosque in Canada’s Capital who toured a Bible Church in December, enjoyed fellowship with Christians and were introduced to Alpha.

• Pray that relationships will strengthen between the church and mosque communities resulting in the interest of Muslims to become disciples of Jesus.

• Pray for a growing interest of churches to facilitate “Bridges”, a 6-part course to help Christians reach out and befriend Muslims; and that the desire and decision of Christians to take & apply the course will burst forth!

• Pray that more church communities will reach out to neighbouring mosque communities and that Christians will not fear stepping into a mosque (for example, for a tour) in the interest of loving Muslims in the Name of Jesus.

• Pray for churches and individual Christians to be equipped with Bibles in the heart language(s) mostly used by their Muslim friends and/or the neighbouring mosque community.  Pray for the eager acceptance of the gift of a Bible by Muslim friends and acquaintances, aware that Muhammad approved the reading of the Torah, Psalms and Gospels!

• Reaching out to the world, please pray for the Uyghur Muslims in N/W China who are being detained in “Vocational Training Centres” where they are severely persecuted for their faith, where even prayer is a crime.
