NETWORK LIFE

Last month we highlighted 4 different ministries in the LMT Network. This month the spotlight is on one person. Cristina Boersma has been serving as the National Coordinator for the LMT Network for about 18 months. During that time she has helped with our leadership transition to ‘Circles’, helped develop our LMT website, built a whole system for connecting people, provided the technical hosting support for courses and webinars, shared the vision of the Network in scores of settings, and generally infused life and capacity into the Network. Anybody who’s active in the Network has benefited from Cristina’s efforts. She’s amazing!!!!
Cristina is the only paid employee of the LMT Network—everybody else is a volunteer served by Cristina’s coordinating activities. Cristina is responsible to raise her support in order to draw a salary, and she has worked diligently at that, but you can imagine how difficult that assignment has been during a pandemic!
If you see the value of the LMT Network and appreciate the growing capacity that is largely a result of Cristina’s work, then I have three things to ask of you:
1. Would you pray for Cristina to be fully funded by the end of 2021? She needs to raise $2,247.00 per month more for that to be accomplished.
2. Would you prayerfully consider joining Cristina’s support team? If 112 of us were able to give $20/month, her budget would be covered. Of course, you don’t need to limit yourself to $20 if you’re able to give more
3. Would you introduce Cristina to others in your relational circle who would potentially be interested in seeing the work she does continue? She is great at presenting the vision of the Network and inviting participation.

It is hard to overstate how vitally important it is to come together as a Network to see Cristina fully funded. We have made such great progress on core capacity issues because of her efforts. Please lean in and come alongside her by partnering with her in her fundraising efforts.
